We p r o p o s e h e r e a f o r m a l d e s c r i p t i o n o f c o m m u n i c a t i v e c o n t e x t o f L i s i t u a t i o n , n a m e l y , a s y s t e m o f i n d i c e s o f LI a g e n t s ' i n t e r e s t i n a c h i e v i n g v a r i o u s p r a g m a t i c p u r p o s e s a n d a s y s t e m o f c o n t r a c t s w h i c h r e f l e c t s o c i a l a n d p s y c h o l o g i c a l r o l e s o f t h e LI a g e n t s a n d c o n v e n t i o n a l i z e their "rights" and "duties" in tlle LIp r o c e s s .
