T h e s e a s p e c t s o f c o m m u n i c a t i o n s h o u l d be a c c o u n t e d f o r w h i l e e l a b o r a t i n g a d v a n c e d u s e r c o m p u t e r d i a l o g u e s y s t e m s a n d d e v e l o p i n g f o r m a l m o d e l s o f L I . We p r o p o s e h e r e a f o r m a l d e s c r i p t i o n o f c o m m u n i c a t i v e c o n t e x t o f L i s i t u a t i o n , n a m e l y , a s y s t e m o f i n d i c e s o f LI a g e n t s ' i n t e r e s t i n a c h i e v i n g v a r i o u s p r a g m a t i c p u r p o s e s a n d a s y s t e m o f c o n t r a c t s w h i c h r e f l e c t s o c i a l a n d p s y c h o l o g i c a l r o l e s o f t h e LI a g e n t s a n d c o n v e n t i o n a l i z e their "rights" and "duties" in tlle LIp r o c e s s . D i f f e r e n t v a l u e s o f t h e s e p a r a m e t e r s o f communication allow us to state possibility or/and n e c e s s i t y o f c e r t a i n t y p e s o f s p e e c h a c t s u n d e r c e r t a i n c o n d i t i o u s o f L I s i t u a t i o n . 1 .
